The Rich Valley Library Membership is valid for 1 year and expires on January 1.

Fees: 

  • Adult $2.00
  • Student $1.00
  • Family $5.00

Loan policy: 3 weeks

Fines:$0.10/day late

We can order in books from other YRL Libraries to come to the Rich Valley Library and we will contact you when they come in. A patron can also return their books at any library that is in the YRL system.All holders of a valid TAL/TRAC Library card may put books on hold, view items out and items reserved all online. We also accept donated materials that are newer than 1990 and are in good shape.
